Flagsin Group, LLC was started as a vision to build a team of geographically dispersed associates consisting primarily of veterans, first responders, and their spouses. Our combined experience, talents, and training are second to none and our ability to deploy our skills across multiple spaces at any given time or location makes Flagsin Group a valuable partner for companies, nonprofits and government agencies. The name Flagsin is in honor of the fallen heroes who took an oath to support and defend the Constitution and paid the ultimate sacrifice in doing so.

Asset Evaluations
The standard asset evaluation (SAE) documents a baseline of a facility’s condition at the
time of evaluation through the collection of quantifiable metrics and extensive imaging.
When performed across the client’s fleet, the findings can provide valuable data on
overall fleet status allowing informed decisions on repair projects.
Scopes
Scope of Work documents provide a guide to repair and prep needed at a given project
site to restore the protective coating system and underlying substrates. These
documents provide a road map for prep and repair providing continuity in expected
project scope between owners, estimators, and contractors.
Project Management
Our project management personnel can assist you in managing your exterior restoration
projects to ensure the work is properly documented and completed according to industry
standards and your specifications. We collect data throughout the project lifecycle and
can provide templates for meeting agendas, interim hold point check-ins, and closeout
documents.
Post Project Quality Evaluation/Level 1
We provide several options for post paint project evaluations customizable to client
needs. The data collected in the SAE and the scoping documents are utilized to provide
a report of scope compliance and building condition as well as note any deficiencies that
still need to be remedied.

Flagsin Group Surveys expanded to include the original Standard Asset Evaluation, Level 1 Evaluations and now P3 evaluations which allowed post-construction project information to be gathered, working with the client and contractors to find solutions to gather more accurate post project information. By the end of 2022 Flagsin Group Field Technicians had completed 5,831 evaluations completed since founding.
Flagsin Group Scope Team strived to improve techniques and data collection in the field to make the process more efficient to deliver top quality reports that would guide contractors making repairs and updating branding.
